Low Belly Breakdown actually works your entire body. Each movement starts and ends by engaging your pelvic floor and lower abdominal muscles. Keep your whole body strong and tight throughout. Take breaks between the exercises if you need to but aim to do all of the exercises through without stopping. If you need an easier version you may have your knees down. You will feel the results of this workout in how your pants fit.
